The flagship business house Auto Equipment founded in 1965 was transformed into a private limited company in 1977. The company has been further transformed into a new company AUTO CROP CARE LTD. in September, 2007.
At present this is one of the two or three top companies in Bangladesh dealing with crop Protection chemicals having 11 branch offices and
a strong dealers’ network all over. The company imports  crop protection chemicals from the USA, Germany, Australia, China, India, Indonesia and Singapore in bulk, repack them in small packaging in our factory and market them at the farmers’ level. The company has a state-of-the-art agro chemicals formulation plant at
Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
